DA MIMMO is a restaurant with a precise and rooted personality. In every dish you can find the origins and the taste of the family who runs it. Early in the morning, you can already smell the scent of the sautées and sauces when they light the stoves again and start all over again, discussing and looking for the new taste of the day. Every morning it is a sort of orchestra rehearsal; somebody look for the best raw materials at the marketplace, somebody think about the wines and somebody gently set the tables. Everyday is a theatre where everybody gives his best and the magic of people booking a table under the stars, meeting some friends, eating together is the same every night. When the party begins, all the details discussed and organized in the morning, fit perfectly together in order to create a new opera every night.

When it's all over and it's quite late at night, we remain there, on the shore, waving goodbye to the ship of people leaving, and we hope they will never forget us.
